Predictive Response and Disease Evaluation in Ovarian Cancer with Generative AI.

PREDICT is an initiative to support cancer care. By generating post-chemotherapy CT images at diagnosis, anticipating tumor progression, and predicting treatment response before therapy begins – helping clinicians make more informed decisions and enabling more precise, personalized care. The project is committed to rigorous validation to ensure clinical integration, adoption, and real-world impact. 

PREDICT has the potential to reduce ovarian cancer mortality in Lombardy, where about 500 deaths occur each year, with a meaningful share linked to diagnostic delays.
