Zhen Li received her B.Eng degree in Intelligent Science and Technology from Nankai University, China in 2017. She continued with her M.Sc. European Master on Advanced Robotics (EMARO+) at Warsaw University of Technology and Ecole Centrale de Nantes from 2017 to 2019. Currently, she is a double Ph.D. student as ESR with the MSCA ATLAS project under European Union Innovative Training Network. She is working in the NearLab at Politecnico di Milano and in the MISIT Lab at TU Delft.
Path planning and real-time replanning
Zhen focuses on path planning of steerable catheters for robot-assisted interventions in the context of the ATLAS project. Her research work also includes simulator development, image registration, and augmented reality-assisted interventions.
