Anna received her Master Degree in Automation and Control Engineering at Politecnico of Milan in 2021. She did a one year research period at Politecnico di Milano with professor Alessandro Colombo, investigating the movement in the outdoor sports focusing on sensor fusion algorithms. Currently enrolled a PhD student at Politecnico di Milano in Surgical Robotics. The main focus of her research is the control and actuation of automated catheter for endovascular robotic surgery.
Actuation and Control of Soft Robots
Anna focuses on the development of innovative actuation system and control algorithm for soft robots to improve the current practice in the minimally invasive approach. Particularly, she worked in the context of Artery European project.
