Chun-Feng graduated as a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering in the College of Engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan. He started his work as a research assistant in Delft University of Technology in 2018 with research topic in workflow sensing and object detection in laparoscopic surgery. Chun-Feng is currently in research group at the Delft University of Technology, as a joint PhD student, together supervised by Politecnico di Milano, in the Marie Curie ATLAS project under European Union Innovative Training Network. His role in the project includes the design of flexible robots and automation of those robots in ureteroscopic scenarios.
Smart endoscopic techniques
Chun-Feng focuses on the development and automation of ATLAScope, which is an endoscopic robot with a novel, flexible and 3D printed surgical instruments.
