Luca, a recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering (110/110), mechatronics and robotics field, and Biomedical Engineering (110L/110), biomechanics and biomaterials field, from POLIMI in December 2023. Conducted a master’s thesis supervised by Professor Elena De Momi. The focus was on developing a mechanical simulator for transseptal puncture, along with thorough testing to analyze the effects of various parameters on the autonomous procedure. Currently, Luca is deeply involved in advancing AI-aided Colonoscopy techniques, with a commitment to enhancing diagnostic precision and patient outcomes.
