Yifan Li obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Automation from Shandong University, China in 2019. Subsequently, in 2022, he earned a Master’s degree in Communication from Sun Yat-sen University, China. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in the Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering (DEIB) of Politecnico di Milano in Italy, under the supervision of Prof. Elena De Momi and Prof. Giancarlo Ferrigno.

His primary research focus is on the tracking of non-rigid tissues in robot-assisted surgery.
